Refund Policy

 

At ACER, we maintain a transparent refund policy:

1. General Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable unless specified
  • Applies to memberships, registrations, and events

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

  • Duplicate payment is made
  • Payment failure but amount deducted
  • Event/service cancelled by ACER

3. Refund Request

  • Must be submitted within 7 days
  • Valid proof of payment required

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

5. Final Decision

ACER reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests.
